Model Trains and the National Christmas Tree

Model railroads are a big part of the holiday season and to drive home that point even more the National Christmas Tree in D.C. has model trains as part of its display.

The 42-foot Colorado blue spruce is located on the Ellipse just south of the White House. The National Christmas Tree has been a part of the holiday season since 1923. The train display has been a tradition since December 1994.

Christmas Train Sets are a great holiday tradition.
